FASTag Recharge Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellations After Successful Recharge

All FASTag recharge transactions made via TagRecharge.com are processed in real-time. Once a recharge is successful, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified.

2. Refunds for Failed Transactions

If your payment was deducted but the recharge failed or was not credited to the FASTag account, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

3. Incorrect Details Entered

We are not responsible for failed recharges due to incorrect information submitted by the user - including incorrect vehicle number, wallet ID, or FASTag provider selection. No refund will be processed in such cases.

4. Raising a Refund Request

If your recharge failed but you have not received a refund within 7 working days, please contact our support team at support@tagrecharge.com with the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Vehicle Number
  • FASTag Provider
  • Recharge Date & Amount
  • Payment Method Used
5. Dispute Resolution

All refund-related disputes will be reviewed as per TagRecharge’s internal policies and in compliance with payment gateway and banking partner guidelines. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of our registered city of operation.
